Eemil advises both Finnish and international clients, with a particular focus on contract and technology law matters. He has experience in international trade, contractual matters, data processing and data protection across Europe, the United States and Asia. His experience also includes corporate and employment law, public procurement and compliance.

Before joining Merkurius, Eemil worked as an in-house lawyer in the group-level legal team of an international technology company. In this role, he participated in international projects, handled contract negotiations and public procurement processes, and provided day-to-day legal advice to the business.
